A diagram showing the sound waves for different Mics and explaining Phase Cancellation.
We chose to use the Recorderman technique for the overhead setup on the drums.
In addition to this, we used room mics to help capture a variety of sound from around the room.
Here are some pictures of our set up.

On the right, there is a Video I recorded showcasing the 'set up process' of the Recorderman technique. This was our chosen technique for the drum recording.

A set list, showing the times of when each act is on stage to perform
A set list displaying each artist and the songs they will perform. Having the order of songs helped me track where we were in each performance, this was especially important during TLN's set because they had backing tracks, and we needed to stop and play each track at the correct time.

Our stage plan for the performance. Pre planning where equipment is going to be placed on stage, makes the setup process more efficient.

This is the equipment list we created, showing what input on the multi core, each instrument will go in.
